enters 29th year slaying dragons at no charge
From
the back of a horse, riders can discover a freedom unknown before. At Camelot
Therapeutic Horsemanship, that freedom comes from a well-rounded education that
prepares riders, regardless of physical disability, to join mainstream society.
To continue to support this no-fee program, Camelot is holding its second annual
Starry Knights fundraiser on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. at the
Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center.
In addition to food, cocktails, auctions and a raffle, the keynote speaker Kevin
Foster, will give a perspective on disability from childhood to adulthood. Kevin
is a former member of the US Paralympics Alpine Ski Team and volunteers with
adaptive sports programs. He is the director of HR operations at Motorola.

Camelot Therapeutic Horsemanship is a nonprofit organization that teaches horsemanship to children and adults who have physical disabilities. Camelot has been offering all services at no cost to students for 28 years and is located in North Scottsdale.

Lasko Products, Inc. of West Chester, PA, is recalling approximately 4.8 million
box fans manufactured from July 31, 2002 through July 31, 2004. A potential electrical
failure in the fan motor can pose a fire hazard. The recall includes four models
of box fans sold nationwide from 2002 through 2005.
Stop using these fans immediately. If your fan is
affected by this recall, you can register on-line http://www.laskoproducts.com/recall/fan11_recall.html for
a free fan protection cord adapter that is designed to easily connect to your
fan plug and protect against a potential hazard resulting from an electrical
failure in the fan motor.
